a use for leftover stuffing.
What you see here is stuffing seasoned cutlets with pear sauce and sweet potato oven fries! I saw it on the Rachael Ray Show yesterday and thought that it would be great for dinner. The chicken cutlets are coated in ground up stuffing—a good way to use up any uncooked stuffing you have from Thanksgiving. The sweet potatoes are amazing… definitely going to make them more often :)
